01The brief

A premium baby and kids brand selling across the Gulf needed more than an online store. It needed the system behind it: one place to manage products, stock, suppliers, orders and finance in six markets, in Arabic and English.

02What we built

A custom commerce platform with two faces: a bilingual storefront for customers and an eleven-module admin portal for the team. Both share one data core, so stock, orders and revenue are always the same number everywhere.

03Storefront

Built for how the Gulf shops.

  • Catalog & collectionsProduct galleries with stock awareness
  • Six GCC currenciesRegion-aware pricing per market
  • Bilingual & RTLFull mirrored layout with Arabic-Indic numerals
  • Customer accountsSecure sign-in and order tracking
  • Ratings & reviewsModerated from the admin portal
  • Discounts & vouchersCampaign rules managed by the team
04Admin portal

Eleven modules that run the business.

Each module maps to a real job someone on the team does every day, with access set by role.

05Markets

Six currencies, three of them with three decimals.

Kuwaiti, Bahraini and Omani currencies use three minor-unit digits. Prices, totals, VAT and reports handle that correctly everywhere, including Arabic-Indic numerals in the Arabic storefront.

One data core, owned by the client.

A modern, serverless stack chosen so the client’s team can own and operate it: no proprietary platform, no per-seat licences.
